On Christmas Day in the Morning

We had a fantastic Christmas. If you ever run in to Santa ask him how long it takes to put together the Playmobil Hospital. He may tell you a story about staying up until dawn to ensure a 5 year old girl's Christmas surprise. Alex was thrilled, but not too surprised to receive an Xbox 360. Over the lake and through the woods to Grandma's house we went. Happy children. Tired parents. It must be Christmas Day.

Christmas Eve

'Twas the night before Christmas and Gracie donned a Rudolph nose. The kids left out cookies and milk for Santa. And don't forget, the traditional Christmas Eve Haircut!

Gingerbread Houses!

We got together at Lynn's house for our annual gingerbread house party. This year we had Alex, Gracie, Andre, Ethan, Max, and Cecilia all making houses and eating candy.

Getting Ready for Christmas

We were late getting started on Christmas prep this year. On the 19th we walked down two blocks to the little garden store and carried home our tree. Decorating and snowflake making happened over the next few days. Now, we are ready for the season!
